Hawaiian Silky Curl Neutralizing Solution is a professional neutralizing solution used as part of the Hawaiian Silky chemical curl system. After the hair has been treated with Hawaiian Silky Curl Booster and the desired curl pattern has been achieved, the Neutralizing Solution helps stop chemical processing and lock the newly formed curls and waves into place.
The peroxide-free formula is designed to stabilize the desired curl pattern without discoloring the hair. It is applied while the hair is still wrapped around the perm rods and is an important step after the Curl Booster has been thoroughly rinsed from the hair.
Once the desired curl pattern has been achieved, thoroughly rinse out Hawaiian Silky Curl Booster and towel blot each rod to remove excess moisture. Completely saturate each rod with Neutralizing Solution and process for 15 minutes. Remove the rods and rinse the hair with tepid water. Continue conditioning and styling according to the Hawaiian Silky system instructions.
