The Encore Lavie Feather Crochet is made from Human Hair Prime Unimix™ — Janet Collection's own technology combining human hair with the latest tech-fibres. The result is hair with the softness, luster, and movement of real human hair, but with added bounce and versatility. Curl it, straighten it, restyle it — as often as you like.

Water Wave vs. Deep Wave — what's the difference?
The Water Wave has a looser, more flowing wave pattern that mimics natural wet hair. Less curl than the Deep Wave, more volume and freedom of movement. Perfect for a relaxed, effortless look.

Care & Maintenance

Shampoo & Treatment

1. Apply shampoo to the hair keeping it hanging loose — do not bunch or tie together while washing.
2. Rinse thoroughly, apply conditioner and leave on for 5 minutes.
3. If needed, detangle with a wide-tooth comb or fingers, always working from ends to root.
4. Use a good crème-based conditioner. Avoid scrubbing or rubbing the hair together.
5. Apply a leave-in conditioning product after washing if needed.

Styling & Daily Care

1. Air dry whenever possible; use a diffuser if needed. Never pull or stretch wet hair.
2. To maintain bounciness, apply a water-based gel or mousse. Avoid oil-based products.
3. Use a sleeping cap at night to prevent tangling.
4. Flat irons and curling irons can be used at temperatures up to 90°C.
5. Shake out waves using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers.

Curling Instructions

1. Wrap hair around a curling iron (90°C) and hold for 2–3 seconds.
2. Do not overlap hair on the iron.
3. After removing the curler, hold the curl in your palm for 5–10 seconds.
4. Release the curl.
