As a conditioning treatment:
Apply to washed hair and massage throughout the lengths, avoiding the roots. Leave on for approximately 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For a more intensive treatment, Skala recommends using a heat cap for approximately 15 minutes before rinsing.
As a leave-in conditioner:
Divide damp hair into sections and apply a small amount through the lengths, avoiding the roots. Distribute evenly, do not rinse and style as desired.
As a co-wash:
Apply a small amount to wet hair and distribute over the scalp. Gently massage with your fingertips as you would with conventional shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
As a pre-shampoo treatment:
Divide dry, unwashed hair into sections and apply the treatment. Leave on for approximately 15 minutes, rinse and continue with shampoo and conditioner.
